Group Tour Booking Policy
These rates are available to Tour Groups of 10 Rooms or more. Group Rates include Deluxe Accommodations, Complimentary Continental Breakfast, Luggage Handling, and All Taxes, Fees, and Service Charges.
Initial Deposit of $250 is required to confirm rooms in Lake View Hotel. This deposit is refundable with sixty (60) days Notice of Cancellation. Additional Deposit of $500 is required sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Lake View Hotel to continue holding space. This deposit is refundable with forty-five (45) days Notice of Cancellation. Thirty (30) days prior to arrival, a preliminary count of rooms is due. Twenty-One (21) days prior to arrival, a final count of rooms and complete rooming list is due.
People requesting triple and quad accommodations must anticipate sharing beds. All beds are full, queen or king-sized. Married couples must anticipate sharing beds when limited double-bedded rooms are available. Rollaways are available upon request.
Please Note: Final rooming list must be received within Twenty-One (21) days of arrival to guarantee reserved rooms. All balances are due upon checkout unless prior credit arrangements have been made.
Groups on Modified American Plan
Breakfast is a full buffet. Dinner includes Salad, Potato, Vegetable, Choice of Entree, Beverage and Dessert. There are additional charges for Appetizers and Alcoholic Beverages. MAP meals are priced with tax and gratuity included.
